You are invited to the UNYOC 2011 Annual Meeting in Poughkeepsie, New York, October 12-14.
This year’s theme is Explorations on the Hudson: Technology, Trends and Health Care Reform. Just over 400 years ago English explorer Henry Hudson and his crew sailed up the mighty river which now bears his name. Here we are today embarking on a contemporary exploration of new and emerging technologies, current trends in the delivery of library services, and a new world of health care reform. Join us as we explore our options and seek to embrace innovative ways of accessing, managing and delivering information in this era of change.
The conference meeting site is at the Dutchess Golf and Country Club, Rolling Greens Conference Center, 2628 South Road, Poughkeepsie, conveniently located on Route 9.
Hotel accommodations are available at the Courtyard Poughkeepsie, a Courtyard by Marriott, on 2641 South Road, just across the street from the Rolling Greens facility and adjacent to the Locust Grove, where our Welcome Reception will be held. A block of rooms is being held through September 21 @$129/night. To make your reservations call 1-800-321-2211.
